Rachael Saunders is a Hampshire (UK) based illustrator with a passion for character design and storytelling. Her versatile style centres around shape and texture to create whimsical designs that exude vibrancy and humor.
She graduated from Falmouth University in 2014 and is best known for her ‘Go Wild’ series in partnership with Nosy Crow and The National Trust. She has also illustrated several picturebooks, including ‘Boom! Bang! Royal Meringue!’ and ‘Fidget the Wonder Dog’. Her clients include Puffin, Nosy Crow, Walker Books, Andersen Press, Usborne, Radley, Tesco, Natural Grocers and The Wall Street Journal. Rachael lives on the fringes of the New Forest with her fiancé and toy poodle Winnie.
