“I love to combine old school tools with modern technology. While I work digitally, I still start every project with pen and paper, beginning with thumbnails. I started out in the pre-digital era, where you did everything by hand. I try to incorporate hand drawn elements and textures to create a tactile sense of warmth and depth.”
