James Shepherd has been a freelance commercial illustrator since 1996. His illustration process is quite different than when he first picked up an airbrush. He now draws on a Cintiq and uses Photoshop for rendering. Over the years, he has also added 3D elements to compliment his vision. The first package he learned was Lightwave and he now takes advantage of Luxology’s Modo and Pixologic’s Zbrush. He hopes to add animation to his services.
