This illustration is for an article focusing on new ways the life insurance industry need to capture customers, working the insurance plans into daily life. This illustration focuses on the ‘customer buying journey’, looking at their decisions from start to finish.
Illustration #2: “The Pill”
Cover illustration for Deloitte focusing on ‘Social determinants’ in health care. The idea behind the pill illustration is that on one side you have the ‘physical factors’, and on the other, you have ‘social factors’ and how together they both influence health outcomes.
