Flora is an Aries born in April, currently based in NJ/NYC. She received her bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, which inspired her to put her art world in a multidimensional space. She graduated from SVA MFA Illustration as Visual Essay program in 2021. And from there started her new journey as a professional illustrator. She likes to use intricate lines to express her inner world and tell stories. And she likes to combine digital color and hand-drawn lines together so that it breaks the limitations of a single medium. She is interested in subject matters: flowers, animals, glass bottles, wonderlands, tarot cards, fashionable accessories, and outfits, and she really enjoys drawing butterflies. Her work is recognized by China Illustration Biennial, Artron Art, Hiiibrand, Marvis, Print Magazine, 3×3 Magazine, American Illustration (AI-AP), Communication Arts, Creative Quarterly, Penguin Random House, and the Rockefeller Center. She has a bunny named Judy and a dog named Zima.
