New Talent
We’re excited to announce three wonderful new illustrators who recently joined our group. Read on to learn more about them and keep these artists in mind for future projects.

Kat Reeder is a Peruvian-American artist celebrated for her vibrant, tropics-infused works. Raised in Miami, Florida, and now based in Honolulu, Hawaii, Reeder’s work captures the exotic beauty of the islands, blending retro aesthetics with a sense of nostalgia and Latina boldness. With the spirit of aloha at the core of her work, Reeder weaves this philosophy of love, kindness, and connection to celebrate the joys of life. Her specialties include posters, advertising, fashion, entertainment, packaging, book covers, and more.

From her studio in Barcelona, Irene Pérez creates dynamic and vibrant artwork for projects in design, music, publishing, packaging, and editorial. Her combination of traditional and digital media imparts an authenticity in her style, and central to her work are inspirations drawn from mythology, wildlife, nature, literature, cinema and music.

Nan Cao is a New York City based Illustrator originally from Beijing whose illustrations are inspired by nature, surreal imagery, and city life. Her mixed-media technique combines watercolor, gouache, and drawing with digital tools and collage for work in editorial, advertising, toys and packaging. Nan is a Society of Illustrators Gold Medal winner and has also been recognized by American Illustration, Communication Arts, Association of Illustrators, 3×3 and Creative Quarterly.
The Artist’s Hand

In the latest, meet Luke Lucas: illustrator, designer, art director, and creator of striking lettering artwork. Luke told us all about what it’s like living on the beaches of Sydney, how he quiets the mind between projects, and what he thinks about AI. He also took us through his creative process on a book cover redesign for Christina Soontornvat’s The Changelings, a project which demonstrated his combined skills in illustration, lettering and design.

Previously we met with Maria Francesca Melis with a lush Sardinian backdrop. Based partly in her homeland of Sardinia and partly in New Zealand, Francesca joined our group last Spring, and we had to know more about her story and what goes into her captivating, decorative, psychedelic style. Francesca’s vibrant work is used for posters, packaging, book covers, editorial, album artwork, and more.
