Artist of the Month, December 2020: Josie Shenoy

Josie Shenoy is a British illustrator based in Crystal Palace, London. She creates beautiful kaleidoscopic compositions inspired by nature, traditional decorative arts, and her love of storytelling.

Josie’s work can be found in museums and shops such as Anthropologie, the British Museum, National Gallery, Liberty London, Fortnum & Mason and the Royal Gardens at Highgrove, where she was invited to meet The Prince of Wales.

Her first picture book for children, The National Archives: The Buildings That Made London, was published with Bloomsbury in 2018 and was shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards at Somerset House.
