Jackie Lay is an independent animator, illustrator, and art director from the East Coast who recently relocated to Toledo, Ohio. Jackie has worked most frequently in editorial animation and has a wide range of abilities, from creating vector illustrations to pencil cel animations to watercolors to stop-motion photo collages. She has previously worked at Vox, The Atlantic, The Washington Post, and NPR.
