Lucy Davey was commissioned by RAND Europe to illustrate their Spotlight Annual Report, which highlights RAND Europe’s work in four major research areas: defense, security and justice; science and emerging technologies; and education, employment and skills; and healthcare. Lucy created montage illustrations for these four areas as well as spot illustrations used throughout the report.
