Kate Forrester was commissioned by Chronicle Books to illustrate Stories for Romantics, a boxed set containing 3 compelling romance classics: North and South, The Enchanted April, and Open Me Carefully: Emily Dickinson’s Intimate Letters to Susan Huntington Dickinson. Kate created ornate illustrations and lettering for the slipcase and three wrap covers, as well as decorative patterns, frames and spots for the interiors.
