BIllustrator Yann Sadi of blindSALIDA was commissioned by Harvard Business Review Magazine to create illustrations for a story about giving yourself a break. The article is titled “3 Ways To Be More Self-Compassionate”, and the idea is that being kind to yourself helps you perform better by triggering what’s called a “growth mindset”— the belief that improvement is possible through dedication and hard work.
